Terms of Sale and Use

The Ghost Audio Method funnel includes these products: The Ghost Audio Method, Ghost Audio Method Niche Launch Pack, Vois Studio Pro (12 months), Vois Studio Subscriber (12 months), Ghost Audio Method Automation Kit, Ghost Audio Method Automation Kit Lite, Ghost Audio Method Done-For-You Combo Packs, Cast 100, Cast 25, Ghost Audio Method Agency Kit, Ghost Audio Method Agency Kit Lite and Ghost Audio Method Bundle. Vois Studio Pro (12 months) may also be offered in the members area for a limited time after a purchase. What each product contains is described on its sales page at the time you buy.

The Ghost Audio Method itself is a blueprint (as a PDF and an offline reader), a companion audiobook, a starter kit and three demo assets. It does not include a Vois Studio licence, trial, export credits or voices, and it works with any capable AI voice tool.

All products are digital. After payment, your products are available in the members area at https://ghostaudiomethod.com/members/. You sign in with the email address you used at checkout and a one-time code we email to you. Purchases are linked to that email address, and your downloads are private to you. Vois Studio licence keys are also sent by email.

If you ask for the free Day 0, we email you a short overview of the Ghost Audio Method as a PDF. It is yours to keep for personal use. Clause 5 applies to it as if you had bought it.

Products are sold through JVZoo, which acts as the retailer and processes your payment. Its terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live.

Vois Studio Pro (12 months), Vois Studio Subscriber (12 months) and the Vois Studio Pro part of the Ghost Audio Method Bundle are yearly licences to Vois Studio. They are not lifetime licences.

• Term. Each licence runs for 12 months from purchase.
• Renewal. Each licence renews automatically every 12 months at the price you paid at purchase, and that price stays locked for as long as the licence stays active. For launch buyers: $199 a year for Vois Studio Pro (12 months) bought on its upgrade page right after checkout and for the Bundle's Pro licence; $129 a year for Vois Studio Subscriber (12 months), bought on its own page right after the Pro page; $220 a year for Vois Studio Pro (12 months) bought in the members area. The price is always shown before you pay.
• Cancelling. You can cancel anytime before a renewal date through the retailer you bought from or by emailing support@ghostaudiomethod.com. You keep access until the end of the paid year and are not charged again.
• Devices. Each paid licence activates Vois Studio on 1 computer.
• Plan features. Vois Studio Pro (12 months) gives the Vois Studio Pro plan. Vois Studio Subscriber (12 months) gives the lower-priced paid plan, with the commercial licence and unlimited generation on the everyday models, and without the Pro models, 600+ languages or Voice Design. Features are described on each product's page.
• System requirements. Vois Studio Pro needs 16 GB of RAM and an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or later) or a Windows 10/11 PC with a modern graphics card. It is your responsibility to check that your computer meets these requirements.
• Internet. Setup, model downloads, activation and licence checks need an internet connection. Generation, editing, mastering and export run on your computer.
• Vois Studio terms. Your use of Vois Studio is also governed by the Vois Studio terms of service at https://vois.so/legal/terms.

Publishing or selling audio made with Vois Studio, client work and monetised channels need an active paid Vois Studio licence, which includes the commercial licence. If you use another voice tool, check that your plan with it includes commercial rights.

Cast 100 and Cast 25 are one-time purchases of 100 and 25 premium voices for your Vois Studio library. They are yours to keep, do not renew, and are linked to the email address you used at checkout. Making and exporting audio with them needs a paid Vois Studio licence.

When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use its content (blueprint, companion audiobook, templates, scripts, plans, recipes, skills and other files) for yourself and in your own business, including producing work for your clients.

You may not resell, share, give away or publish the product files themselves. Audio, video and text you make with them are yours.

You agree to:

• Clone a voice only with a consent-confirmed recording from the person whose voice it is, as Vois Studio requires.
• Not use generated voices to impersonate real people, deceive listeners, commit fraud or break any law.
• Follow the rules of every platform where you publish, including rules on AI-generated content and disclosure.
• Hold the rights to every script, piece of music and other material you use.

Money figures in our materials are either the prices of our products or market prices other people charge today, labelled as such. They are not a forecast or guarantee of what you will earn. See the Earnings Disclaimer.

Every product has a 30-day money-back guarantee on its first payment, with no conditions. Renewals are not refunded. See the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer law that applies to you.

The Ghost Audio Method, the Ghost Audio Income Ladder, the Combo Finder and all product content are owned by Seedblocks Pty Ltd. Vois and Vois Studio are trademarks of Seedblocks Pty Ltd. Other names are trademarks of their owners.

The Ghost Audio Method works with third-party tools (AI writing assistants, AI agents, other voice tools, free editors) and platforms (YouTube, podcast hosts, audiobook stores, freelance marketplaces). They are not provided by us, may charge their own fees and set their own rules. We are not responsible for their availability, prices or decisions.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits. This does not exclude any guarantee or right that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

We may update these terms. The version published when you buy applies to that purchase. Changes to renewal prices never apply to a licence that stays active.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections given to you by the laws of the country where you live.
