Refund Policy

Every Ghost Audio Method product has a 30-day money-back guarantee on its first payment, with no conditions. If a product is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date and we refund that payment in full. You don't have to give a reason.

This covers: The Ghost Audio Method, Ghost Audio Method Niche Launch Pack, Vois Studio Pro (12 months) (on its upgrade page or in the members area), Vois Studio Subscriber (12 months), Ghost Audio Method Automation Kit, Ghost Audio Method Automation Kit Lite, Ghost Audio Method Done-For-You Combo Packs, Cast 100, Cast 25, Ghost Audio Method Agency Kit, Ghost Audio Method Agency Kit Lite and Ghost Audio Method Bundle.

Email support@ghostaudiomethod.com with your order ID, the email you bought with and the product you want refunded. You can also request a refund through JVZoo, the retailer you bought from. Refunds go back to your original payment method through JVZoo.

Vois Studio licences (Vois Studio Pro (12 months), Vois Studio Subscriber (12 months) and the Vois Studio Pro part of the Bundle) renew yearly at your locked price. Renewal payments are not refunded. To avoid a renewal, cancel anytime before your renewal date through your retailer or by emailing support@ghostaudiomethod.com.

• The refunded product is removed from your library in the members area, and its downloads stop working.
• A refunded Vois Studio licence is deactivated.
• A refunded Cast 100 or Cast 25 voice pack is removed from your Vois Studio account.
• Refunding the Bundle refunds the whole Bundle.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer law that applies to you.
